With over 25 years of experience in IT, I am a seasoned professional in Project, DevOps, and Service Management. I have a strong background in strategic and tactical roles, including project and program management, product management, requirements analysis, and training delivery for Service Management best practices on a global scale. I’ve contributed as a Lead Architect to ITIL 4 Foundation and authored content for the ITIL 4 Strategist module Direct, Plan and Improve.
My training and consulting focus centers on advising organizations in Service Management based on ITIL®, PRINCE2®, PRINCE2 Agile®, COBIT®, DASA DevOps®, CCC Cloud®, and guiding them through efficient operational improvements and service quality enhancements. I’m also well-versed in advanced troubleshooting methods like Kepner & Fourie®. Additionally, I excel as a facilitator, trainer, and lecturer, emphasizing a holistic approach that respects the challenges of integrating people, processes, and technology.
